PLANS FOR REOPENING OUR DINING ROOM
The safety of our team members and guests is our top priority. As we continue to adhere to local health department guidelines, in accordance with CDC measures concerning COVID-19, we are establishing a reopening plan that will ensure we have included all aspects of these guidelines. We have taken into consideration each restaurant’s seating capacity, factoring in the size of each of our dining rooms to determine if social distancing is possible. Reopening all dining rooms at this current time may not be the safest path to take. As we finalize our plans for reopening, we will communicate with you through email, social media, our website, and signage at our restaurants so that you are aware of the dining options available.
We have missed seeing all our guests in our dining rooms, and we look forward to a time when all of our locations will offer inside dining again. In the meantime, we are thankful to continue to serve you safely in our drive-thrus.

PROVIDING OUR GUESTS WITH ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES
While our dining rooms remain temporarily closed, we continue to enhance our safety measures in an effort to keep the health and well-being of our guests and team members our top priority.
As we follow local health department guidelines in accordance with CDC measures concerning COVID-19, we have made it mandatory for all employees to wear masks and gloves while preparing food and when serving guests. Additional safety procedures also include team member health screenings and temperature checks before being allowed to start duties, social distancing, rigorous handwashing, and disinfecting all surfaces multiple times a day. While we anxiously await seeing you again in our dining rooms, we will continue to take every precaution to keep our communities safe while serving you safely in our drive-thru.
In early March, Biscuitville established a special COVID-19 task force at the Greensboro Restaurant Support Center to ensure the highest level of response in this ever-changing environment. We care deeply about minimizing fear and confusion in our communities, and our task force is fully committed to sharing details with you about any additional issues concerning the coronavirus as they relate to Biscuitville. Should you have any questions, please contact us at 336.553.3704.
We are grateful for your continued support, and we look forward to serving you in our drive-thru.

WE’RE HONORED THAT YOU HAVE ALLOWED US TO CONTINUE SERVING YOU AT OUR DRIVE-THRU WHILE OUR DINING ROOM IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED.
While we understand that this time has been a challenging one to navigate for everyone, working within the CDC guidelines as well as those from local health officials, we are thankful to have developed solutions that are designed to take every precaution possible to keep both our guests and our employees safe during the coronavirus pandemic.
In recent weeks, we’ve taken the necessary steps to maintain and increase the level of cleanliness (sanitation) within our restaurants by increasing handwashing frequency and requiring that our restaurant crew members wear gloves while working. We also continue to be persistent with disinfecting all surfaces, especially those within the drive-thru where we serve our guests.
We have continued to limit our contact in the drive-thru by maintaining a safe six-foot distance from one another and our guests. We are committed to seeking new ways to meet social distancing guidelines, which includes eliminating the need for guest signatures for credit card payments at this time.
Guests may also see crew members wearing face protection while working within the restaurant, which falls within the appropriate guidelines and complies with all state and local regulations and mandates regarding restaurant operations.
As an added measure of precaution and to prioritize the well-being of our employees, we conduct daily health screenings with every restaurant crew member before starting their assigned position to identify signs of possible COVID-19 infection and other illnesses (e.g., flu) before they are allowed to serve our guests. We do this in order to better evaluate potential risk and maintain as healthy of an environment as possible within our restaurants.
Biscuitville will remain diligent in our efforts as we continue to serve fresh breakfast to you and your family. It is our goal to be able to safely provide you a hot meal with the Southern hospitality you have come to expect. We are truly grateful for your visit.
