A new breakfast and lunch option will open in Anderson next week.
Biscuitville is set to open its doors on July 22 at 2916 N. Main St., the former Western Sizzlin’ Steakhouse/Carlee’s and Tony’s property, following a six-month construction period.
The location is near the intersection of Whitehall, Concord, and Main Street.
“We are so pleased to grow our presence in the Upstate with the opening of our Anderson location,” said Biscuitville President and CEO Kathie Niven. “Our delicious, scratch-made meals come with a generous helping of fast, friendly, no-fuss service that we can’t wait to provide to our Anderson guests.”

What does a Biscuitville restaurant look like?
In December 2024, Biscuitville purchased the 1.49-acre property for $925,000, and the existing building was demolished to make way for the new restaurant.
Like most Biscuitville buildings, the Anderson location features a reclaimed Southern barn aesthetic, complete with a tin roof, barn doors, and gooseneck lights.
The interior features combine a modern feel with Southern heritage through the use of industrial hardware, blue-painted ceilings inspired by Southern porches, and a mix of materials, including wood, metal, and tile.
Additionally, the restaurant features a large photo mural wall that captures the essence of the local Anderson neighborhoods and communities.
A dual-lane drive-thru is designed to minimize wait times.
Biscuitville: Menu options
The Anderson Biscuitville will feature a large biscuit window, allowing guests to watch the biscuit-making process.

These include bacon, sausage, egg and cheese, fried chicken, and country ham.
They also offer sides such as grits, hash browns, and sausage gravy.
Guests can also enjoy an enhanced beverage area with expanded drink options, including the popular Cheerwine, a Salisbury, N.C.-based brand, alongside conveniences such as free Wi-Fi and electrical access for added comfort.
